Ford Philippines recently announced a record August performance with retail sales rising 12 percent year-over-year to 3,166 vehicles, driven by the Ranger, Everest, and EcoSport.

According to Ford, the Ranger led the record August with retail sales surging 65 percent from a year ago to 1,038 vehicles. Meanwhile, the Everest mid-size SUV delivered August sales that rose 18 percent year-on-year to 1,027 vehicles, pushing its year-to-date sales up to 7,797 vehicles. On the other hand, the EcoSport compact SUV remained one of Ford's best-selling vehicles in August with retail sales growing by 8 percent from previous year with 921 vehicles, helping drive its year-to-date sales up 15 percent to 7,013 vehicles.
